Recruiter terms

1. Who can recruit

Companies, recruitment agencies and individual recruiters. You must give true details about yourself and who you recruit for. Our team checks every recruiter and may ask for proof, such as a business licence, an offer letter template or a short call.

2. Contacting members

Contact members only about real jobs you are hiring for.

Free verified recruiters send contact requests; a member’s email and phone are shared only if they accept.

Paid plans can unlock contact details at once, within a monthly limit, unless the member chose “Ask me first”. The member is emailed every time, with your name and company.

No bulk messages, spam, or messages unrelated to a job.

3. Never charge candidates

You must never ask a candidate for any fee, deposit or payment for a job, visa, training or anything else. We block recruiters who do, at once.

4. Members’ personal data

Use member details only to recruit for the role you contacted them about. Do not share, sell or add them to marketing lists. Delete them when the hiring is over or when the member asks.

You are responsible for handling the data lawfully where you are (for example India’s DPDP Act, the Saudi and UAE data protection laws, and the GDPR).

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans give access for the days bought, with the monthly limits shown when you buy. Buying more days adds to the time you have left. Plans need a verified account. Unused unlocks and requests do not carry over to the next month.

If we block your account for breaking these terms, unused time is not refunded.

6. Reports and blocking

Members can report a recruiter. Our team may read contact requests to check reports. After repeated reports, an account is blocked automatically until our team has looked. We may block any account that breaks these terms.

7. Kokani Connect’s role

We connect recruiters and members; we are not an employer or an agency and do not guarantee any hire. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you by email before a change that affects a plan you paid for. Questions: info@kokaniconnect.com
