Shipping and delivery policy
How and when you receive what you buy on Kokani Connect. Everything we sell is delivered online.

The short version
- Everything is delivered online: no physical shipping and no shipping charges.
- Courses and digital products open in your account as soon as the payment goes through.
- Coaching, mentoring, listings and plans start as described on their page, usually within 2 working days.
- You get an email confirmation for every order.
1. Who we are
Kokani Connect (kokaniconnect.com) is operated by Zuber Hidayatulla Palawkar as an individual. Payments on this website are received in that name.
2. What we sell
Kokani Connect sells digital products and online services only:
- Online courses (video lessons, quizzes and certificates).
- Digital products such as e-books and downloadable guides.
- Online services: coaching classes with teachers, mentoring, business listings, recruiter plans and advertising on the website.
We do not ship physical goods. If we ever sell something that is sent by post, its page will show the delivery time and cost before you pay.
3. How you receive it
- Courses: the course opens in your Kokani Connect account, under My courses, as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can start straight away.
- Digital products: available to download from your account or the order email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Coaching classes: sessions take place online at the times agreed with your teacher in the learning plan you accepted.
- Listings, recruiter plans and advertising: switched on after a short check, usually within 2 working days. We email you when it is live.
You need a Kokani Connect account with the same email address you used to pay. Sign up is free.
4. Delivery time and cost
- Courses and digital products: instant, once the payment is confirmed by the bank or card provider. Some bank payments can take up to a few hours to confirm.
- Services: as stated on the product page, usually within 2 working days.
- There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the full price.
- We deliver worldwide: anywhere you can use the website.
5. If something has not arrived
If you paid but cannot see your course or product within 24 hours, write to info@kokaniconnect.com with your order number. We reply within 2 working days and fix it, or refund you.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.
